Kanye West was spotted walking hand in hand with girlfriend Amber Rose in the Lanvin Mid Top Boat Sneaker ($778) from their Fall/Winter collection. This high top boat shoe features leather & lace details around the ankle, a navy/brown upper and a white sole.
